Running through every kind of weather

There’s a song called „Always take the weather with you“, maybe you know it. I’m not really sure if this sentence has a special meaning for native speakers or if it really means to take sunshine, rain, snow and wind with you wherever you go. But today I remembered this song when I went for a run. The sun was shining, but there were also dark clouds. I ran about half an hour when I heard the first thunder.

Running through every kind of weather

I was on my way home and right in front of me I saw dark blue clouds that were so big and beautiful and I suddenly had the feeling of „running into the blue“. Since 2012 I am a runner and bad weather has never been an excuse for me to neglect my runs. And now after running through rain, sunshine, wind and even snow storms with hail I have to to say:

It is worth every second, every step!

You’ll never get the chance to meet with the force of nature so intense. Staying at home, sitting on the couch is nice, I know, but boring. Running through every kind of weather can be big fun when you get used to it. But first of all you have to start. Go out and experience.
