Collecting happiness step by step
In the last few days I found out that running can help you to collect happiness. With every step you take. All you have to do is to be aware. Just open your eyes, listen carefully and be aware what happens around you, while you are running.
Are there any noises you can hear? Maybe the flap-flap-flap-noise of your own steps, maybe you can hear some crickets making their sound of music or you can hear the barking of a dog? These are little things that can cause great effect on your happiness. If you are aware of them.
If you meet somebody while running whether you know him or not, be kind. Give a smile! It doesn’t cost anything and makes happy. I tried it and it is true. Today I greeted and smiled at about 10 people who I met on my run. And all of them smiled back at me, which gave me a feeling of happiness. Sometimes it can be so easy. Just go out and try!
